Whether it's a large or small project, we consistently give you our very best service and attention. One of our team will visit you to discuss your requirements, and will subsequently provide you with a hand drawn illustration (Architectural drawings are available upon receipt of a booking deposit), and estimate. Alternatively, we are happy to work from your architect’s plans.

As your project progresses, your designated Project Manager will carry out daily site inspections, will liaise between you and our build team, will keep you posted with relevant information, and will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

We have a multi-talented team who provide a full building service to complete the perfect build, renovation or refurbishment. Whether your style is classic or contemporary, your vision will be catered for by our fully qualified and experienced team. Our projects often include bespoke joinery, clever storage solutions and one-off pieces of fitted furniture (See the Design Ideas section of the site for examples).

We offer a full range of contract options that cover every aspect of project planning and site management from outline feasibility study to final commissioning and hand over.

Our projects range from one off builds to the restoration and extension of protected structures and also includes extensions and renovations.

We have completed a large number of domestic projects right across the country, but particularly in the greater Dublin area, earning the Elark brand a strong reputation with quality house building - “the home specialists”.
