My experience with Elark Developments was one of professionalism, creativity (on many fronts) and great client service from start to finish. While our project involved a heavy and complicated construction at the offset, Elark were able to tackle it in a manner that ensured we had the right people for the right job, thus reducing the complexity.  Also they brought creativity to both light and heavy construction, and were able to pull in the right professionals and trades people that essentially made it all happen, without the anxiety of working with more than one team. In terms of price we were on-budget and I believe garnered considerable savings through their assistance in negotiations which stems from the business model they operate from. I believe we (the client) were not the only winners, as I think the sub-contractors also felt the job was profitable for them, and easy to work with from their standpoint. John brought a top level of client service to the whole project from start to finish, (an attribute not always in existence in this sector, at least according to my previous experience) and thus would highly recommend them to both client and sub-contractor alike.

Myself and my wife retained the services of John Murnaghan of Elark Developments when we decided to completely redevelop our house in Sandymount. John involved himself in every aspect of the build from initial drawings, planning application, budgets, tendering, communication with our neighbours, engineering, sourcing of suppliers, time schedules right down to the smallest points that made our house a dream home. Whilst you can never take away the stress of such a major build, I can safely say that John’s involvement made the job a great deal less so. At a time of high building costs our works came in only slightly over time (due to the wettest summer in memory!) and under budget. I would strongly recommend anyone to use the services of John and Elark Developments.
